Introduction
Dead Ends is a level 90 dungeon in the Final Fantasy 14 Endwalker. In this mission, you will be tasked to overcome the enemies of the dying world. To unlock the Dean Ends, you need to accept Endwalker’s main scenario quest from NPC Alphinaud in Ultima Thule. The dungeon is full of toxic puddles en route to the bosses, so avoid them at all cost.
Caustic Grebuloff
- Miasmata – The wind will start blowing just right before the boss cast this mechanic. After that, a few orbs will start to spawn around the arena and will start to move in the direction of the wind. Move to a safe spot to avoid damage.
- Cough up – Sets of puddle AOE will spawn in the arena. Spread out to avoid overlapping damage.
- Craven companionship – All players will be marked and you need to group to avoid damage and lose character.
- Wave of nausea – A large AOE covering the area runs beneath the boss to avoid damage.
- Pox flail – A tank buster that is aimed at the primary tank target. Heal and cool down as necessary.
- Blighted water – Stack marker will be targeted at a random player. Group up to spread the damage among the players.
- Befoulment – AOE circle attack will be targeted at all players. spread out to avoid overlapping damage. All these mechanics will be repeated.
Peacekeeper
- Decimation – Raid-wide AOE damage which covers the edge. Move away from the edge to avoid damage.
- Electromagnetic repellant – A consistent AOE damage will be spawned beneath the boss. Move away to avoid damage
- Order to fire – Few bits will spawn around the boss and fire a straight line beam. At the same time, all players will be marked with a stack. So spread out to avoid overlapping damage.
- No future – AOE is created in a pattern around the arena. Spread out to avoid overlapping damage.
- Peace fire – AOE rotates around the arena and at the same time, electromagnetic repellant and order to fire will be cast. Move around and avoid these mechanics to minimize the damage.
- Eclipsing exhaust – AOE will be created around the arena and players will be knocked back from the center. Position yourself from the AOE to avoid damage.
- Elimination – A tank buster is aimed at the primary tank target. Heal and cool down as necessary
Ra-La
- Warm glow – Raid-wide AOE to sell party members. The healer must be ready to heal as necessary.
- Pity – A tank buster that is aimed at the primary target. Heal and cooldown as necessary
- Prance – The boss will jump in a pattern and create an AOE circle. Players must follow the boss until the last AOE circle to avoid damage.
- Lifesbreath – The boss jumps to the edge and cast a line AOE and at the same time butterflies will appear. Stand behind the butterflies to avoid getting blasted. If a player did get hit, you will be inflicted with Doom. Heal to 100% and you will be free from the debuff.
- Benevolence – A stack marker will be placed on a random player. Group up to spread the damage among the party.
- Loving embrace – A wing will be lifted to cast these mechanics. Just move to the opposite side of the wing to avoid damage. Second-time loving embrace will combine with Lifesbreath so move out and jump accordingly to avoid damage.
- Still embrace – Target all players with AOE markers. Spread out to avoid overlapping damage. All these mechanics will be repeated until the boss is down.
